Current status
UmamiMind is operating in a controlled pilot stage. Services are monitored and managed on a best-effort basis during pilot; formal SLAs are introduced at General Availability.
Operational state definitions
- Operational — core services are functioning as expected
- Degraded performance — some services have reduced performance
- Maintenance — planned maintenance in progress
- Incident — unplanned disruption affecting availability or integrity
Monitoring and maintenance
Health is monitored using service metrics and alerts. Planned maintenance is scheduled to minimize impact and communicated to affected pilot participants where appropriate.
