Export Center

Export trust materials in review-friendly and machine-readable formats under NDA workflows.

Exports

Use the items below to export review packs and machine-readable bundles. Printable packs are generated in the browser ("Save as PDF"). JSON exports are designed for intake into internal GRC tooling.

Trust Pack — Printable Bundle
Print-friendly view intended for browser “Save as PDF”.
Incident Export Pack — Printable Bundle
Review incident summaries and templates for diligence workflows.
Trust Signals — Tenant Export
Per-tenant operational trust signals: policy gating, SLA adherence, and model/tool traces.
Public-Sector Trust Addendum
A procurement-focused addendum covering governance, assurance, and deployment considerations for public-sector buyers.
Security Questionnaire
Machine-readable questionnaire aligned to common vendor due diligence formats.
Note: export content is pilot-stage and may be redacted. Detailed evidence (logs, vendor tickets, runbooks) is shared under NDA via the Trust Pack request workflow.

Purpose

The Export Center provides a controlled, auditable mechanism for exporting trust, compliance, and operational materials for procurement reviews, security assessments, legal diligence, and audits.

Export formats

  • Printable review packs (browser “Save as PDF”) for procurement, legal, and executive review
  • Machine-readable JSON bundles for GRC tooling and internal risk systems

Recommended workflow

  • Generate the printable Trust Pack and Save as PDF
  • Export the Incident Communications Pack (if required) and Save as PDF
  • Download the machine-readable JSON bundle for internal systems
  • Share with review stakeholders or submit via the Trust Pack process

Scope and limitations

During pilot, exports may exclude sensitive evidence such as raw logs, vendor tickets, or internal runbooks. Full evidence sets are shared only under NDA via the Trust Pack request process.

Versioning and accuracy

Exports are generated on demand and reflect the current pilot-stage posture at the time of generation. Reviewers should request refreshed exports when material changes occur.

Pilot-stage notice

The Export Center reflects UmamiMind’s pilot-stage posture. Formal certifications, contractual SLAs, and signed attestations are introduced as the platform transitions to General Availability.
